We have exclusive access to a couple of wilderness Northern Lights cabins in Iceland which you can book privately to yourself whether you are 2 people or 7 people!  We hear wonderful stories of people standing at the back door, or in the hot tub, with a glass of champagne in their hand as the Northern Lights dance above. This is a perfect spot for a proposal, honeymoon, or for a family Northern Lights Trip where you can enjoy having that extra space all to yourselves.

On the Pine Bay Lodge Wilderness Escape and Aurora Yurt break for those looking for something a bit more quirky you can have the most extraordinary luxury wilderness celebration dinner in a Yurt with a roaring fire, located on the frozen Bay of Bothnia. This will be your own private restaurant and home for the night! For those that are organised to book early enough, and have over 7 people the whole lodge can also be booked out privately just for your party.

With a Geologist daughter on board on our trip the guide Anton certainly stopped lots to show different types of rocks and formations, whilst normally he says he stops for the photography of the more dramatic views! A trip to Askja Volcano in the heart of the highlands where Neil Armstrong trained for his moon landing is a journey through dramatic volcanic scenery that you will never have seen before. Our new discovery and break that we have crafted is Arctic Heaven; Auroras and Luxury Log Cabins in Swedish Lapland. We were blown away by these log cabins which have been upgraded to the ultimate luxury level in a stunning secluded location in a river valley. With huge windows looking across the frozen river you can be on the constant look out for the Northern Lights, or even take a dip in the hot tub whilst keeping a watching eye for the Northern Lights dancing above.

Our Iceland Northern Lights Mecca break is a new break we have crafted with our existing Icelandic partners so offering tried and tested activities.
