Supplementary COVID related Booking Terms for travellers to Sweden 

To give you peace of mind for new bookings from January 2021 we have updated our terms and conditions to give you more flexibility and to book with a smaller deposit amount

1. Deposit reduced to 25%. Second Payment of 75% due 60 days before travel. You need to be travelling with SAS for us to offer this.
2. Postponement due to Coronavirus. We offer a free rebooking of ground services for up to 12 months (on a like for like basis season wise) if Sweden is in lockdown and therefore you can’t travel. If Sweden was in lockdown we would be vouchered for the flights we have booked for you and this can be used in full or part against future travel. Any difference in air fare would be either refunded to or payable by the client.
3. There is a risk that the UK is in lockdown and everything goes ahead in Sweden. In this case we would move ground plans at no extra cost provided the decision to travel is made 28 days prior to your departure date. There would however be costs associated with changing / booking new flights, if these are still scheduled, which would need to be passed on to the client.
4. There has never been a time when it is more essential to make sure you have adequate Travel Insurance. This is also the case now that the UK has left the EU and we don’t have reciprocal medical arrangements in place. Our Recommended Travel Insurance Company   covers many of the risks associated with Covid affecting your trip – such as being diagnosed with Covid, or being put in quarantine by Track and Trace. Campbell Irvine on 0207 938 1734.

5. It is also worth mentioning that the benefit of booking your holiday with an ATOL protected Tour operator is that all monies paid in advance of your trip are protected. This provides a safety net relative to booking your holiday directly.
