Day 1

Arrival into Helsinki

Arrival in Helsinki takes place during the late afternoon, where guests are met and transferred privately to a centrally located luxury hotel (Hotel Kamp) overlooking Esplanadi Park. The remainder of the day is intentionally unhurried, allowing time to settle into the surroundings and recover from travel. Helsinki’s refined atmosphere blends neoclassical architecture, contemporary design, and a calm coastal rhythm, offering a gentle introduction to the Nordic world. In the evening, a restaurant reservation awaits, showcasing modern Finnish cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and clean flavours. This first night sets the tone for the journey ahead, combining comfort, discretion, and understated elegance in the heart of the city.

Day 2

Helsinki to Swedish Lapland

After breakfast, a private transfer takes guests to Helsinki Airport for the flight north (Flights not included). Upon arrival in Sweden, the journey continues by premium guided transfer through the UNESCO listed Gammelstad Church Town, offering a glimpse into the region’s historical and cultural heritage. Arrival at Arctic Bath signals a dramatic shift in pace and landscape. Surrounded by frozen river, forest, and open sky, guests check into their floating and land based accommodation. The afternoon is free to explore the property, relax by the fire, or enjoy the spa facilities. A three course dinner is served in the evening, followed by the option to experience the sauna, hot tub and cold bath. As darkness falls, the remote setting provides excellent Northern Lights viewing conditions.

Day 3

Arctic Bath

The day begins with a private ice fishing experience on a nearby frozen lake. Guided by local experts, guests learn traditional Arctic techniques while surrounded by silence and snow covered landscapes. Time is spent both on the ice and inside a warming Sami hut, creating a balance of activity and comfort. Lunch is served before the afternoon is left open for relaxation. Guests may return to the spa, enjoy the cold bath ritual, or simply take in the stillness of the environment. After dinner, a private snowmobile tour leads through forest trails and across frozen terrain in search of the Aurora Borealis. The experience combines adventure, wilderness, and the anticipation of witnessing the northern sky come alive.

Day 4

Arctic Bath to Treehotel

Following breakfast, guests depart for a private excursion to the dramatic Storforsen rapids, one of Europe’s most powerful natural waterways. Wooden walkways allow close access to the frozen river and surrounding landscape, creating a striking contrast of ice, sound, and movement. A warming lunch is prepared over an open fire, adding to the sense of connection with the environment. Depending on weather conditions, an alternative ice skating experience around Luleå may be offered. Later in the day, guests arrive at the Treehotel and check into the iconic Seventh Room, suspended above the forest floor. Dinner is served onsite, and the evening is free to relax, enjoy the view, and watch for the Northern Lights from this unique vantage point.

Day 5

Treehotel to Octola, Wilderness Villa

The morning is relaxed, allowing time to enjoy the forest setting before travelling onward to the Finnish wilderness near Rovaniemi. On arrival at the secluded wilderness villa Octola, guests are welcomed and provided with premium Arctic outer clothing designed for comfort and warmth. Octola is yours exclusively, with its own pool and spa. An introduction to the surroundings offers insight into the landscape and upcoming experiences. Your private chef will serve you lunch before the afternoon is spent unwinding in your private swimming pool, panoramic sauna or outdoor hot tub, both offering views across untouched wilderness. A large seating are in front of a log fire is there for you to use exclusively, with snacks and drinks available anytime. Dinner is prepared by a private chef using local ingredients, with the evening offering opportunities for guided Northern Lights viewing, either on foot or by vehicle, depending on conditions.

Day 6

Wilderness Snowmobile Adventure

After a leisurely breakfast, guests embark on a snowmobiling adventure along private wilderness trails. Travelling through forests, over frozen terrain, and across open landscapes, the experience offers access to areas rarely visited by others. The pace is tailored to comfort levels, ensuring both excitement and ease. Lunch is served back at the villa, followed by time to relax at the spa, enjoy the surrounding nature, or simply unwind by the fire. As evening approaches, a three course dinner is served in the villa. Later, guests may venture out once more to scan the skies, with the remote location offering excellent aurora viewing potential.

Day 7

Wildlife and Culture

The day focuses on traditional Arctic life and wildlife encounters. After breakfast, guests visit a husky kennel and are introduced to their team of dogs before setting out on a husky sledding adventure through snow covered forest trails. The journey is quiet and immersive, with only the sound of paws on snow breaking the silence. Lunch follows before visiting a local reindeer farm. Here, guests learn about Sámi traditions and enjoy a gentle reindeer sleigh ride through the forest. Stories are shared around an open fire, offering cultural context to the landscape. The final evening includes a refined dinner at the villa, marking the last night immersed in the wilderness.

Day 8

Return to Helsinki

Guests are transferred to Rovaniemi train station for a private overnight train journey south. Travelling in a spacious private compartment, the journey provides time to rest while watching the Arctic landscape slowly transition. Upon arrival in Helsinki, a private transfer delivers guests to their final hotel near Old Church Park (George Hotel). The afternoon is free to explore the city at leisure, revisit favourite spots, or relax before a reserved restaurant experience in the evening. This final night offers a return to urban comfort while reflecting on the journey through the north.

Day 9

Departure

Following breakfast, guests are transferred privately to Helsinki Airport for departure. The journey concludes smoothly, bringing an immersive Arctic experience to a refined and unhurried close.
